Spitball has helped a wide range of clients achieve success over the past 16 years through our Ideas That Stick®. Our reputation has grown organically but we’ve now reached a point where we don’t want to be the best kept secret in advertising and marketing. We need the right person who encapsulates the Spitball brand to share our story with prospective clients. That’s where you come in. We are looking for an energetic, kid-at-heart salesperson to help get our story out, have our phones ringing and emails pinging.

Because we have a unique agency name and personality to match, the right salesperson needs to balance their tenacity with our agency’s character. You will work closely with the Agency Founders to bring our story, creativity and brilliant work to creative-thirsty marketers. You’ll be inspired by our team’s talent, and strive to mirror their drive and work ethic. Ultimately, you will join us in recruiting clients to come experience the true joy of working with Spitball.

The ideal candidate should have marketing or advertising sales experience to quickly connect with the right people at brands who need us most. Our core targets are CPG, Food, B2B and technology clients. That said, we absolutely love digging into a new industry.
