Careers – Strategist


Spitball is looking for a versatile strategist that will use their thirst for knowledge to determine the right research methodologies, and relentlessly pursue insights to craft strategies that create impact for clients and their brands. These strategies will also lay the groundwork for project briefs that inspire both client and agency teams.

Specifically the strategist will:

    • Recommend processes, vendors and sources for primary and secondary audience research
    • Lead the gathering, analysis and synthesis of research into client presentations
    • Define research-backed strategies across a variety of needs
    • Develop brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, communication frameworks, social and website strategy and other client needs


  • Analytical problem-solver
  • Distilling complex research into simple but powerful insights
  • Focus group and interview moderator experience preferred
  • Engaging and articulate presentation skills
  • Ego-less collaborator


  • 5-7 years experience
  • Strategy or Brand Planner experience required
