Prior to iCIMS entering the enterprise market, they were integration partners with the big legacy software providers. Now… they were threats since they becoming competitors These companies started to shut iCIMS out of their user conferences. Similar to past challenges, iCIMS turned to Spitball to pivot quickly in order to still reach these users and decision makers.

The solution inundate the cities where Oracle and others had conferences. You could not escape iCIMS marketing when arriving. City takeovers included transit advertising in airports, taxi toppers and digital retargeting.
