iCIMS is a leader in talent acquisition that integrates with global enterprise systems such as Oracle, Workday and others. iCIMS participates in a variety of event marketing and trade shows – some of which includes integration partner events. To help build awareness of their system to these target buyers and users, iCIMS planned to exhibit at one partner event but was denied.
Taking this curveball, Spitball pivoted quickly and recommended we takeover cities where these partner events would be held. Through a full 360 plan including traditional and unique out-home placements coupled with geo digital and Twitter targeting, iCIMS was able to dominate brand visibility and could not be missed by these trade show patrons. The initial media plan was so successful that other city takeovers were rolled out based on event schedules.
