You can just call me Ruch (pronounced ROOK). I’m an avid golfer, eagerly searching for that ever elusive hole-in-one. When I’m not on the course, you can likely find laying back with a cold beer in my hand… or designing. I do that too.

The concept of celebration and festivities was instilled in my blood from a very young age. Working at my parents' party rental and retail store for upwards of 8 years taught me the value of a hard-earned day's work (even if that day is 18 hours long). From stocking shelves and blowing up balloons, to driving the delivery truck, to setting up a tent for a wedding, I learned that each day is a new adventure.
In order to sharpen my design skills (and earn some extra cash), I've worked on a handful of projects over the years. These include DVD artwork for the award-winning movie 'Exit 117', a coffee table book for the 50th anniversary of Lake Gaston, and branding for some local small businesses.
Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Graphic Design... and a minor in beer pong championships.
Immediately after graduating, I began a design internship within the marketing department, a position which they did not offer at the time but created after my interview. What was meant to be a 3-month stint transformed into an internship lasting half a year.
As is often the case with most designers from New Jersey, I was most likely going to end up either designing within the pharmaceutical industry or unwillingly commuting into the city. Luckily, I was able to find an amazing agency right around the corner that I am fortunate enough to call home.
