A PEEK INSIDE THE STRAW

I’m a proud life-long New Jerseyan who didn’t even venture outside the state for college (Go RU). I peaked athletically in eighth grade, but I’m still on the path towards mental greatness, relentlessly pushing myself to think what hasn’t been thunk.

Inventor, engineer and craftsman (and maybe a workaholic). I am someone who likes to solve problems, know how things work, and build things with my hands. I’ve built decks, made furniture, and formed an agency team that I’m damn proud of.

I’m a cartoon drawing, tall tale weaving, Muppet aficionado, goth punk weirdo from Philly masquerading as a stable and professional adult. Please don’t tell my bosses.

I’m a Jersey Shore Brat who has tried to escape many a time, before resigning to the fact that it’s who I am. I now live in the town where I grew up.

You can just call me Ruch (pronounced ROOK). I’m an avid golfer, eagerly searching for that ever elusive hole-in-one. When I’m not on the course, you can likely find laying back with a cold beer in my hand… or designing. I do that too.

It’s safe to say I spend more time in the ocean than I do on land, but when I’m on land you can find me in the mountains. I love traveling and action-packed activities but my two favorites are, you guessed it, surfing and skiing!

I was born and raised in Central Jersey (yes, that exists) to a crazy Italian-American family. My favorite family memories are those around the holidays, enjoying a glass of wine (or two), making homemade pasta and playing board games. You can also find me soaking up the sun on a kayak or harvesting veggies in my garden.

I’m a Jersey Girl who took a brief detour through Alabama before ending right back in the Garden State. A couple quick ground rules: Disney Adults are cool, Musical soundtracks are the best road trip playlist, the Book is ALWAYS better than the movie, and you can’t wear the Alabama A if you’re not prepared to yell ROLL TIDE back to me across a crowded restaurant.

I have a passion for helping clients elevate brand creative, ad performance and have a knack for keeping deadlines on track. When I’m not multi-tasking or running client accounts, you can find me keeping busy with my two girls, enjoying the outdoors and endlessly searching for the best burger in New Jersey.
